Our model

Our universities are producing excellent graduates but employment opportunities can be few and far between. Our "translator academy" model provides new entrants to the profession with extensive training, coaching and mentoring as they take their first steps on a challenging but highly rewarding career ladder.

We welcome applications from graduates who are about to complete their MA studies or a postgraduate qualification in translation. We also offer placements for current students.

Our expectations are incredibly high. Our trainees are highly skilled linguists with a commercially minded approach to translation. They are able to learn quickly, multi-task and work under pressure. Under the tutelage of and mentored by the more experienced members of our team, they develop and fine-tune their skills as they accumulate experience and expertise.

With a structured training programme and ongoing coaching, our trainees quickly come to understand our customers' requirements and are soon able to deliver the outstanding levels of quality that are expected of them.
